You are listening to the Angelicus String Quartet.
Strictly speaking, they are not angels -- they only sound like angels! The Angelicus String Quartet is made up of four exceptionally accomplished female musicians from the Rochester area who have what it takes to make your wedding or special event a memorable experience. I recommend Angelicus to you because I know how important it is to have just the right music for special celebrations. I am not only familiar with the high quality of their musicianship, but I can also vouch for their sincere interest in making your big day the very best it can be. Trust me, you will feel totally comfortable working with Angelicus throughout the entire planning process and be extremely satisfied with their performance.
Maxine has played with Barry Manilow, Tony Bennett and Liberace! She absolutely loves weddings, and admits to crying at most of them.
Andrea attended the Crane School of Music at SUNY Postsdam and received her master’s degree from Bowling Green University in Ohio.
Jenny received her bachelor's degree from SUNY Potsdam and her master's from the Eastman School of Music. Having chosen Angelicus to perform at her own wedding, Jenny can proudly report that she and her husband (as well as their guests) were thrilled with the results. The only one who cries more than Maxine at weddings is Jenny.
Tammy is the cellist in the quartet. Her favorite piece of music is Pachelbel’s Canon in D (though not because of the cello part!). She rounds out the quartet’s sound with a beautiful mellow bass voice.
The music you are listening to includes just a few samples of their music. Some of the group's selections feature trumpeter, Peter Madsen, and vocalist, Jeff Wilson, who are available upon request. Please visit the Angelicus String Quartet website for more information about the group and to listen to samples of each of the selections on their playlist:
